Interesting or amusing travel stories

I do not have too many stories to share, but starting a collection. 

September 2015: We were walking Creek Street in Ketchikan, Alaska after completing an excursion. Outside of Creek Street on a road that looked like it went out of town and had a bridge. The driver of a car was pushed out of the car by the passenger, and the passenger continued to drive from the passenger seat, side swiping many parked cars on a bridge. The police were in hot pursuit. Hopefully, it did not take long since a police chase where the driver is not in the driver's seat seems like it should give the chaser an advantage! What the...

April 2004: Two different German train station amusing stories. 

The first was an overnight train from Munich to Berlin, which required we be at the train station late at night, with the train leaving about midnight. The station had little seating; I guess they did not want people loitering. First, there was a guy with a beer and a cigarette. He drank the beer, left about 3/4", and dropped the cigarette butt in the bottle. The next guy comes along, picks up and looks at the bottle, and then says not too bad and drinks it. Ewww  

The second was Easter Sunday in Cologne. A dog was in the train station, carrying around a hatchet in his mouth. He would go up to people trying to get them to take it. No one wanted anything to do with a hatchet that a dog found. He finally set it down on the ground. Weird
